Cedric D. Penn was born and raised in the small town of Brownsville, located in Southwestern Pennsylvania. The youngest of eight children, he developed very early on in life, the strong work ethics modeled by his Father and Grandfather; both of whom worked hard in the steel mills and coal mines of rural Pennsylvania. It was also during those early years that he became intrigued by the different lifestyles displayed by homes in elite neighborhoods he and his father would drive through, and his further curiosities lead him to explore and question the jobs these homeowners held. Once explained, the seed of business ownership was planted inside of him.
Upon graduating from Western Kentucky University, Cedric entered the field of technology and went on to become a corporate executive for a major wireless company. It was there that he came to the realization that even though he was very successful and moving up the corporate ladder, the career path didn’t afford him the time or freedom to spend with the people he loved or do the things that he enjoyed.
Still he continued to work hard, but it was on a random Saturday afternoon in 1995, when he stopped at a service station to get some gas, that he was approached and asked if he kept his “options open about making money from home.” That day would become the turning point that changed his and the life of his family forever. It was the day that Cedric was introduced to the industry of Network Marketing.
Utilizing the same tenacious work ethics, he sought out guidance and began receiving mentorship from some of the industry’s most successful and respected veterans. He personally challenged his own capabilities by placing himself on a rigorous course of personal development. With his innate gift of leadership; Cedric began building his business and soon became a top earner making nearly a million dollars by his third year. Fifteen years since that fateful day at the gas pump, he has created a family legacy—because of the Network Marketing Industry, as well as an empire he calls The Diamond Network, an organization he founded on the principles of Faith, Family, and Prosperity and with the vision of presenting premier networking opportunities to the world. He has helped people create legacies for their own family, and continues to help those who want more out of life and are willing to work hard to get there.

Penn and The Diamond Network joined Tom and his empire to make history.
