November 12, 2008—Neways International and SISEL International jointly announced today that the two companies and certain of their respective affiliates and distributors, have entered into a global, confidential settlement agreement that resolves multiple litigation cases and disputes between them, including a case filed by Neways in federal court in Utah in May 2007. No party has admitted wrongdoing as part of this settlement. Both sides are satisfied with the terms of this settlement, which are strictly confidential, and they look forward to moving on and focusing their efforts on the continued success of their respective businesses.
