Network marketing is not “just” a job for Dirk Buschhaus. Above all he links the two ideas of “passion” and “lifestyle” to his work in network marketing. These have since become the two pillars of his lasting success. Dirk has been active in the industry since 1994, and he loves the direct contact with other people. He also loves the multifaceted challenges that the industry brings, and he compares them to a rose: “Thorny at first and whoever doesn’t pay attention and doesn’t learn to properly handle it will keep getting hurt, and will never get to the point where the job will fully blossom.” In the meantime, Dirk can teach his team members about his experiences, because he has experienced - and survived - enough thorny times.

Dirk spent the first five years of his networking career with seven different companies, in one shipwreck after another. It was a difficult time for him because he had already developed large downlines in two of those companies. Then the companies said “adios” to the market and prevented him from enjoying the fruits of his labor.

Dirk now summarizes those years’ experiences: “I’ve learned to live, think and feel like a networker. I got to know the stars of the industry and oriented myself their way. My entire team benefits from this experience. The most important lesson I’ve learned out of those first years was that not only do the products have to be first class, but the executive leadership must be staffed with competent people of great integrity.”

Dirk’s business suffered under the developments that forced Tom Mower Sr. to sell his first company. Therefore, he did not hesitate long when he heard about Sisel for the first time in 2008, despite saying goodbye to a considerable income and starting from the beginning again. It was a big relief when he finally felt like he was once again part of the company that fascinated him since 2001. “I trust the Mower family—no ifs, ands, or buts, and I’ll follow it to Mars if necessary,” he said with a beaming smile, explaining why he started with Sisel in early 2009. The decision proved to be the right one for him early on. As a 5-Star Master Distributor with Sisel, he has reached the highest position in the Global-Seamless Compensation Plan!

Dirk attributes the success to the unique Mower Mission, the exceptional products and, in his eyes, the world’s best business plan. In addition, Dirk mentioned a few other reasons for his devotion to Sisel: “Sisel is completely debt free and manufactures its own products, which is unusual in the industry.”

When Dirk Buschhaus focuses on his goals, he sees a house on the ocean with a private beach and tennis court. A dream yacht, the Ferretti 881, sits at anchor and tops his dream off. The animal and nature lover already lives a fulfilled life and enjoys his free time with his partner of many years Renate, who has unconditionally stayed with him during difficult times. When he is walking his dog Rocky, the star of the family, he recharges his batteries and plans his next steps.

Dirk Buschhaus has not only found a company with Sisel, but has also found true friends for life with the Mower family, his sponsor Christian Rombach, and many different team partners. The excellent teamwork with his sponsor pleases him the most. Dirk gets 100% support when he needs it, and when he has suggestions for improvements they are listened to and implemented.
